A: NextUp is an app that connects you, the client, to salons, spas, and barbershop based on your location and their real time availability. Need a service now? Open NextUp and you’ll quickly reserve a seat at the best and closest available salon.
Q: What services can I book via NextUp?
A: We’re always testing new services and plan on launching them soon. For now, Men’s Salon haircuts, and blow-drys for Women (and men) are available. If you have any suggestions of a service you’d like to see added, please reach out! [FB/Twit/Pin] links.
Q: How much does NextUp cost?
A: NextUp has a real-time dynamic pricing infrastructure, so prices can change based on a number of factors; location, demand, and which service you’re booking. Base prices are currently $40 for a Men’s Haircut and $50 for a blow-dry. Though this may increase during busy times, we also offer promotional discounts, and unlimited referral bonuses!
Q: What sort of businesses are you sending me to?
A: We screen all of our partners for amenities and level-of-service on-par with the top establishments in their area. Client feedback is closely monitored and if service slips, partners will be penalized and possibly removed from the system. Rest assured, that any service booked via NextUp is of high quality!
Q: Can I choose where to go?
A: Nope! Part of the value of NextUp is our proprietary matching algorithm which connects you with the best possible option in real time. We factor availability, proximity, and feedback rating into every single transaction booked thru NextUp.
Q: Once I book a service, how do I get it?
A: You’ll be given all of the partner establishment’s details along with directions to their address, and how much time you have to get there. In turn, the partner is given your name and basic information, so they know who to expect. Give your name at the front desk, and they’ll check you in – it’s as simple as that!
